Intercom Systems
An intercom system is an electronic communication system that is used commonly in offices, hospitals, schools and even homes to control access.
With a simple push of a button, an intercom system can enable people inside and outside or in different rooms to communicate with each other in an instant. When the identity of the confirmed as being authorised, the door can be unlocked by pressing a button on the handset, granting access to the visitor.
Intercom systems can be combined with in built video cameras that will allow you to see the visitor on the handset, helping you to identify the caller.
To allow staff free entry without the need to use the intercom system, a card reader or proximity card reader can be incorporated.
